- (1)
- The Attorney-General may appoint, in writing, a person to be an authorised
person for this rule, either generally or for a particular person.
- (2)
- An
authorised person is taken to be appointed as the case guardian of a person
with a disability if the authorised person files:
- (a)
- a consent to act in
relation to the person;
- (b)
- a copy of the notice of appointment of the person as an authorised person;
and
- (c)
- a Notice of Address for Service (Form 8).
Note
A consent to act must comply with subrule 24.01 (1).
