FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 6.11

Attorney-General may appoint case guardian
(1)
The Attorney-General may appoint, in writing, a person to be an authorised person for this rule, either generally or for a particular person.

(2)
An authorised person is taken to be appointed as the case guardian of a person with a disability if the authorised person files:

(a)
a consent to act in relation to the person;

(b)
a copy of the notice of appointment of the person as an authorised person; and

(c)
a Notice of Address for Service (Form 8).

Note
A consent to act must comply with subrule 24.01 (1).
