FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 8.03

Lawyer — conflicting interests
A lawyer acting for a party in a case must not act in the case for any other party who has a conflicting interest.

This rule does not purport to set out all the situations in which a lawyer may not act for a party.
