FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 15

Definition — leviable ETBF fishing permit

                In this Part:

"leviable ETBF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery, being a fishing permit that is in force on or after the commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 200 6.
