FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 21

Definition — leviable MIF fishing permit

                In this Part:

"leviable MIF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Macquarie Island Fishery, being a fishing permit that is in force on or after the commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 200 6.
