FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 46

Amount of levy — SESSF type N quota SFRs

         (1)   In this regulation:

"leviable SESSF type N quota SFR" means a type N quota statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2006.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF type N quota SFR to take a particular species, or a particular species in a particular sector, is the amount specified in table 46 for the relevant species, or the relevant species and sector, as the case requires.
