Definition — leviable SBTF SFR

                In this Part:

"leviable SBTF SFR" means a statutory fishing right described in section 8 of the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery Management Plan 1995 , being a statutory fishing right that is in force on 15 January 2006.
