FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 59

Definition — leviable STRF fishing permit

                In this Part:

"leviable STRF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the South Tasman Rise Fishery, being a fishing permit that is in force on or after 1 March 2006 and on or before 31 December 2006.
