FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 6

                In this Part:

"leviable BSCZSF SFR" means a statutory fishing right granted under the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002 , being a statutory fishing right that is in force on or after 1 January 2006.
