FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 323 OF 2006) - REG 22

         (1)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable IMF trawl boat permit is $577.00.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable IMF purse seine for scalefish species permit is $1 916.99.

         (3)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable IMF purse seine for pilchards and sandy sprat only species permit is $1 043.31.

Note    The research component of each amount of levy is $60.00.
