FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 323 OF 2006) - REG 29

                For section 110 of the Management Act, levy payable for the leviable NPF gear SFRs held by a person is due and payable on the later of:

                (a)    29 January 2007; and

               (b)    28 days after the invoice date for the levy.
