FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 323 OF 2006) - REG 6

                In this Part:

"leviable BSCZSF COM SFR" means a quota statutory fishing right granted under the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002 , for commercial scallops, being a statutory fishing right that is in force on or after 1 January 2007.
