FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 323 OF 2006) - REG 63

Definition -- leviable WSF fishing permit

                In this Part:

"leviable WSF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Western Skipjack Fishery, being a fishing permit that is in force on or after the commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 2007.
