FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 10

                For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable CSF fishing permit is the sum of:

                (a)    $2 282.39; and

               (b)    an amount for each sector of the Fishery to which the permit relates, as follows:

                          (i)    for the aquarium sector -- $1 196.72;

                         (ii)    for the lobster and trochus collection sector -- $1 744.82;

                         (iii)    for the demersal line sector -- $7 800.05;

                        (iv)    for the demersal trawl sector -- $10 206.18;

                         (v)    for the sea cucumber hand collection sector -- $7 726.85.
