Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsFor section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable ETBF fishing permit is:
(a) if the permit authorises fishing in only 1 sector of the Fishery -- the amount specified for the sector in Table 13; or
(b) if the permit authorises fishing in 2 or more sectors -- the greater or greatest of the amounts specified in Table 13 for the sectors in which fishing is authorised.
