FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 18

                In this Part:

"informally managed fishery" is a fishery that is managed by AFMA under the Management Regulations, but for which there is no management plan, and to which regulation 4B of those Regulations does not apply.

leviable IMF fishing permit means a fishing permit for an informally managed fishery granted under section 32 of the Management Act that is in force:

                (a)    on or after the commencement of these Regulations; and

               (b)    on or before 30 June 2009.
