FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 30

                In this Part:

leviable SPF fishing permit means a fishing permit for the Small Pelagic Fishery that is in force:

                (a)    on or after the commencement of these Regulations; and

               (b)    on or before 30 June 2009.
