FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 34

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF ECDT fishing permit means a fishing permit for the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery that authorises fishing by trawling methods for the East Coast Deepwater Trawl Sector that is in force:

                (a)    on or after 1 January 2009; and

               (b)    on or before 30 April 2009.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF ECDT fishing permit is $2 672.50.
