FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 38

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF VCW fishing permit means a fishing permit for the Victorian Coastal Waters Sector of the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery that:

                (a)    authorises fishing by trawling methods; and

               (b)    is in force:

                          (i)    on or after 1 January 2009; and

                         (ii)    on or before 30 April 2009.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF VCW fishing permit is $478.00.
