FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 48

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF shark hook boat SFR means a shark hook boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2009.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF shark hook boat SFR is $138.39.
