Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) In this regulation:
leviable SESSF quota SFR means a quota statutory fishing right that:
(a) is in force on 1 January 2009; and
(b) authorises the holder to take a particular species, or a particular species in a particular sector or zone, as specified in Table 50.
(2) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF quota SFR to take a particular species, or a particular species in a particular sector or zone, is the amount specified in Table 50 for that species, or that species in a sector or zone, as the case requires.
