FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 248 OF 2008) - REG 64

                In this Part:

applicable year , in relation to a fishing permit, means the following:

                (a)    the 2005-2006 financial year;

               (b)    the 2006-2007 financial year;

                (c)    the 2007-2008 financial year.

leviable WTBF boat SFR means a boat statutory fishing right that is:

                (a)    in force on or before 30 June 2009; and

               (b)    granted under the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005 .

leviable WTBF fishing permit means a fishing permit for the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery that is in force:

                (a)    on or after the commencement of these Regulations; and

               (b)    on or before 30 June 2009.

"WTBF" is an acronym of Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery.
