FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 1 OF 2008) - REG 34

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF ECDT fishing permit means a fishing permit for the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery that authorises fishing by trawling methods for the East Coast Deepwater Trawl Sector that is in force on or after 1 January 2008 and on or before 30 April 2008.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF ECDT fishing permit is $2 493.70.
