FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 1 OF 2008) - REG 38

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF VCW fishing permit means a fishing permit for the Victorian Coastal Waters Sector that authorises fishing by trawling methods being a fishing permit that is in force on or after 1 January 2008 and on or before 30 April 2008.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF VCW fishing permit is $975.64.
