FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 1 OF 2008) - REG 42

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF gillnet boat SFR means a gillnet boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2008.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF gillnet boat SFR is $1 337.53.
