FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 1 OF 2008) - REG 45

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF trawl boat SFR means a trawl boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2008.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF trawl boat SFR is $5 754.44.
