FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 1 OF 2008) - REG 60

                In this Part:

applicable year , in relation to a fishing permit, means the following:

                (a)    the 2005‑2006 financial year;

               (b)    the 2006‑2007 financial year.

leviable WTBF boat SFR means a boat statutory fishing right:

                (a)    granted under the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005 ; and

               (b)    that is in force on or before 30 June 2008.

leviable WTBF fishing permit means a fishing permit:

                (a)    that is issued under transitional arrangements for the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005 ; and

               (b)    that is in force on or after the commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 2008.

SFR is an acronym for statutory fishing right.

WTBF is an acronym for Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery.
