FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 10

                For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable CSF fishing permit is the sum of:

                (a)    $3 716.83; and

               (b)    an amount for each sector of the Fishery to which the permit relates, as follows:

                          (i)    for the aquarium sector -- $560.78;

                         (ii)    for the lobster and trochus collection sector -- $788.73;

                         (iii)    for the demersal line and trap sector -- $7 997.49;

                        (iv)    for the demersal trawl and trap sector -- $10 299.90;

                         (v)    for the sea cucumber hand collection sector -- $6 938.34.
