FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 13

         (1)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable ETBF boat permit is $2 325.41.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable ETBF longline SFR is $1.45.

         (3)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable ETBF minor line SFR is $2 325.41.
