FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 15

                In this Part:

leviable HIMI SFR means a statutory fishing right that is:

                (a)    granted under the Management Act for the Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery; and

               (b)    in force on the commencement of these Regulations.
