FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 18

                In this Part:

informally managed fishery means a commercial fishing activity that is managed under the Management Act but that is not:

                (a)    a fishing activity to which a management plan applies; or

               (b)    a fishing activity referred to in regulation 4B of the Management Regulations.

leviable IMF fishing permit means a fishing permit that is:

                (a)    granted under the Management Act for an informally managed fishery; and

               (b)    in force on 3 March 2010.
