FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 33

         (1)   In this Part:

Plan means the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003 .

"Quota Unit Register" means the register maintained by AFMA that sets out the units of quota species that each fishing permit holder may take.

"SESSF" means the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery.

         (2)   In this Part:

                (a)    a reference to a sector or a zone by name is a reference to the sector or zone of that name described in the Plan; and

               (b)    a reference to a statutory fishing right is a reference to a right granted under the Management Act in accordance with the Plan; and

                (c)    a reference to a fishing permit is a reference to a permit granted under the Management Act in accordance with the Plan, unless otherwise stated.
