FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 38

         (1)   In this regulation:

leviable SESSF VCW fishing permit means a fishing permit that:

                (a)    is granted under the Management Act for the Victorian Coastal Waters Sector of the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery; and

               (b)    authorises fishing by trawling methods; and

                (c)    is in force on or after 1 January 2010 and on or before 30 April 2010.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF VCW fishing permit is $1 504.40.
