(1) In this regulation:
leviable SESSF quota SFR means a quota statutory fishing right granted under the Management Act for the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery that authorises the taking of any of the following quota species:
(a) elephant fish;
(b) gummy shark;
(c) saw shark;
(d) school shark.
(2) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF quota SFR that is in force on or after 1 January 2010 is nil if:
(a) a person is granted a leviable SESSF fishing permit; and
(b) an amount of levy is due and payable for the permit; and
(c) the person is granted a leviable SESSF quota SFR; and
(d) the person pays the amount of levy payable for the permit on or before the day the person is granted the SFR.
