FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 347 OF 2009) - REG 6

                In this Part:

leviable BSCZSF COM SFR means a quota statutory fishing right that is:

                (a)    granted under the Management Act for the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery; and

               (b)    in force on 1 January 2010.
