FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2011 (SLI NO 241 OF 2011) - REG 11.3

         (1)   This regulation is made for section 110 of the Management Act.

         (2)   Levy payable for a leviable SPF fishing permit is due and payable on the later of:

                (a)    28 February 2012; and

               (b)    28 days after the invoice date for the levy.
