Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF fishing permit (other than a leviable SESSF Quota Holding fishing permit) is the amount mentioned in the table for the fishing permit.

(2) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the prescribed amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF Quota Holding fishing permit is worked out by:
(a) multiplying the amount of levy in an item of the table by the number of quota units authorised to be taken by the permit for the section or zone in the item; and
(b) adding together the totals for each applicable item.
