FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2013 (SLI NO 258 OF 2013) - REG 13.1

                   In this Part:

"leviable SSJF gear SFR" means a gear SFR that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the SSJF; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this regulation and ending on 30 June 2014.

"SSJF" means the Southern Squid Jig Fishery.
