FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2014 (SLI NO 178 OF 2014) - REG 15

             (1)  In this instrument:

"leviable NWSTF fishing permit" means a fishing permit that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the North West Slope Trawl Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2015.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable NWSTF fishing permit is $14 366.86.
