FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2015 (SLI NO 202 OF 2015) - REG 12

             (1)  In this instrument:

"leviable HIMI SFR " means an SFR that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2016.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable HIMI SFR is $27.1649.
