FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2015 (SLI NO 202 OF 2015) - REG 20

             (1)  In this instrument:

"leviable SSJF gear SFR " means a gear SFR that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the Southern Squid Jig Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2016.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable SSJF gear SFR is $15.8986.
