FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2016 (F2016L01803) - REG 15

             (1)  In this section:

"leviable NWSTF fishing permit " means a fishing permit that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the North West Slope Trawl Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2017.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable NWSTF fishing permit is $13,711.86.
