FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2016 (F2016L01803) - REG 19

             (1)  In this section:

"leviable SBTF SFR " means an SFR that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2017.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable SBTF SFR is $0.1834.
