1992 No. 16 FISHERIES LEVY (NORTHERN SHARK FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 4

  4.   Each of the following classes of endorsements is prescribed for the
purposes of paragraph 5 (b) of the Act:

   (a)  endorsements of the kind referred to in paragraph 7.1 of the Fisheries
        Notice;

   (b)  endorsements of the kind referred to in paragraph 7.2 of the Fisheries
        Notice;

   (c)  endorsements of the kind referred to in paragraph 7.3 of the Fisheries
        Notice;

   (d)  endorsements of the kind referred to in paragraphs 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3
        for replacement boats and that are granted simultaneously with the
        revocation of an endorsement of the same kind.
