4.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: When is levy due and payable?

"4. For the purposes of section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a shark
gillnet fishing permit, or a shark hook fishing permit, is due and payable:

   (a)  if the permit is granted before 2 March 1996-not later than 29 March
        1996; and

   (b)  if the permit is granted on or after 2 March 1996-not later than 28
        days after the permit is granted.".
