1 Subsection 5(1) (definition of reporting area )
Repeal the definition.

Insert:
"Torres Strait Prawn Fishery " means the fishery to which the Torres Strait Prawn Fishery Management Plan 2009 applies.

Omit "Fishery; and", substitute "Fishery;".
4 Paragraph 7(d)
Repeal the paragraph.
