1995 No. 66 FISHING LEVY (BASS STRAIT SCALLOP FISHERY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:

"3. (1) For the purposes of section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy
prescribed for a fishing permit that is granted in the period beginning on 1
January 1995 and ending at the end of 31 December 1995 is $640.00.



"(2) The prescribed levy amount includes a deductible component, within the
meaning of paragraph (a) of the definition of that expression in section 80 of
the Fisheries Administration Act 1991, of $60.00 .".
