FISHING LEVY (WESTERN TUNA AND BILLFISH FISHERY AND SOUTHERN TUNA FISHERY) REGULATIONS 1995 No. 361 - REG 4
When is levy due and payable?
4. For the purposes of section 110 of the Management Act, levy in respect of a
fishing permit is due and payable not more than 28 days after the grant of the
permit.
