1990 No. 463 FISHERIES LEVY (NORTH WEST SLOPE TRAWL FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"endorsement" means an endorsement of a licence under subsection 9 (4) of the
Fisheries Act 1952;

"licence" means a licence granted under subsection 9 (2) or (3) of the
Fisheries Act 1952;

"notice" means Fisheries Notice No. NWS 1 published in the Gazette on 15 June
1990 and in force under section 8 of the Fisheries Levy Act 1984;

"the Act" means the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.
