1995 No. 368 FISHING LEVY (NORTH WEST SLOPE TRAWL FISHERY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Regulation 4 (When levy is due and payable) 
4.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:

"4. For the purposes of section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a fishing
permit referred to in regulation 3 is due and payable:

   (a)  if the fishing permit is granted before the commencement of this
        regulation-on 15 January 1996; or

   (b)  if the permit is granted on or after the commencement of this
        regulation-on the grant of the permit.".
