FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998 (No. 5) 1998 No. 289 - REG 5

5.1 After item 111, insert:

"111AA   Australian Government Solicitor (AGS), comprising:
   (a)  the person occupying, or performing the duties of,
the position within the Attorney-General's Department
known as the Chief Executive Officer of the AGS; and

   (b)  persons appointed or employed under the Public Service Act
1922 to assist the Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer".
